We are the Bisch family, originally from Germany we fell in love with Cape Coral and started our business here. We see ourselves as a full service partner for property services in Cape Coral and surrounding areas. As a contractor for many years I have planned and built houses in Europe. This includes single family homes and apartment buildings. In addition, we have focused on Cleaning, because as a professional in the construction business, I know what is important when it comes to cleanliness. We repair any kind of minor damage in and around your house and keep your property safe and clean even while you are on vacation.

As the founder and CEO of Genius Property Management, I bring years of hands-on experience in the real estate and construction industry. Before establishing Genius Property Management, I successfully ran a construction company, where I managed a wide range of building and renovation projects — from luxury homes to full property restorations.

This background allows me to understand every detail that makes a property stand out — from structure and design to maintenance and long-term value. My deep knowledge of renovations, home improvements, and building quality ensures that every property under our care meets the highest standards.
